Someone who wants to die isn't thinking right. Someone who kills them is just taking advantage of that fact. Killers like that are more harmful to this town than anyone you're thinking of.

The only people who are harmful to this town are those who are so weak they haven't even the will to live. "Not thinking right" isn't an excuse when we know full well what the ramifications for not thinking right are in this world.
