Ryoko Asakura | Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan

Ryoko wasn't sure of what to make of Taiga initially. She was angry and standoffish, and didn't seem to want any help. But she saw through that, kinda in the same sense that Ryuuji did in the earlier days: she tries really hard, and that makes you want to cheer for her. Truthfully, she feels that Taiga's toughness is all show, but she figures that if she tries hard enough... she could be tougher than she thinks she really is. Which might not make sense, but give it time!
She's also eternally happy to have someone here who's relatively normal... considering everyone else seems to be a warrior from elsewhere or a magi from out of town, or someone who travels universes or whatever, it's refreshing to know that someone else is new to all of this.
Plus really... maternal instincts ahoy. Taiga doesn't seem like she can do... too much on her own and it's worrisome to Ryoko, but it makes her happy that she still has someone to take care of. She's not a replacement for Yuki really, considering Yuki is timid and usually keeps to herself playing games. But... just give her time. Let her know if you think anyone is attractive in town or back home, Taiga!! That's when Ryoko will try her hardest for you.
But in all honesty... considering how lonely she had gotten in Nyoi-cho, missing home and missing her friends, she's thankful that Taiga's by her side. She's worried that she'll destroy that trust like she almost had already, but she wants to make sure that Taiga stays safe and make sure that she tries her best. She doesn't know what she'd be doing without her... and she'd have probably Nightmared directly after the dungeon if she wasn't around to cheer her up.

For some reason, she... gravitates towards people like Pokey, those who seem like they might need a tender hand to pat them on the back and provide comfort once in a while. He always seems like he's got a heavy weight on his shoulders due to everywhere he's been, and Ryoko wants to do more to help him. But also selfishly... she wants to pick his brain a little more, in case he manages to come up with any other details regarding Yuki (even though, she gets the feeling immediately that he's already told her all she's going to get.)
Basically, he was nice enough to help her understand what a world like this was like when she got here, and she's kind enough to be the overbearing big sister to him when he needs it. SO YOU KNOW. STOP DRAWIN DICKS.

Ryoko... is so super conflicted. Her first thoughts towards Kyouko were the same that she had towards Sayaka: someone who's been doing this for a while and can help her figure out how to do this magi thing if she needs it! Making her y'know, the worst judge in character ever but EHHH. Either way, she was extremely willing to be respectful to her senpai, figuring that it was just the right thing to do. All the magi have to help each other, right?
Which holy shit, makes it a pretty.... big thing that she killed her. She's not used to fighting, not used to life or death situations, and she feels like she'll never be able to make it up to Kyouko unless she... y'know, dies. But even then, she doesn't think that'll be enough. She wants to squash whatever issues they have with each other as soon as possible... but, circumstances be difficult.
Especially now. She's so angry that Kyouko has such an open stance towards killing other magi, and she doesn't want to believe anything she's said is true. But really, she's intensely pissed off that she didn't care that she killed Sollux. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't scared of fighting her-- she knows she can't win. If she goes, she'll probably die, but she doesn't want to run, nor does she want to just let her kill her.
Really, no one's really had the impact on her that Kyouko's had as a magi. She's been able to teach her so much without teaching her anything at all, and her words recently about thinking about the people she doesn't want to leave behind hit a sore spot. After all, she already left them behind... but now, she doesn't feel like she should lose if she has to face Taiga afterwards.
Essentially... she's still got a measure of respect for her, considering she's still her senpai, and she feels horrible that she's killed her and knows she has to make it up to her, but she doesn't want to lose. For the ones she wants to see again.

Though she hasn't thought to really ask, she really does wanna know more about him and his life before coming to Nyoi-cho. Just in case she wasn't horrified enough. That would probably give her a better understanding of how argumentative he is sometimes just for the sake of it, maybe? Though she'd wind up having to tell him about how that's definitely not how it works with humans because woooo boy is she gonna feel embarrassed about it.
She does appreciate how much Sollux has been trying to cheer her up, and now he's chilled out considerably from teasing her before, and honestly, she's glad to have him as a friend.
Also, she knows a certain someone would be jealous that she has an alien for a friend.no subject
