If that's the case, then that's too bad! There are no take backs and no redoes, so you're stuck with what you have! Maybe you should have been more careful about how you worded that wish... Oh well. There's no use in dwelling on it. You're a magi now, and that means adjusting to a whole new lifestyle! Maybe one of the townspeople can help you out. Only... they're acting a bit strangely, aren't they? They're all too happy to show you around, but there's something unsettling about the way they're behaving. Almost cheerfully dissonant. Any questions about the history of the town are met with blank stares and brief silence, before they plaster a smile onto their faces and change the subject. Any attempts to tell them about your duties as a magi or anything else that relates to the magical will get similar reactions. Isn't there anyone normal here that you can talk to at all? Home Improvement: The houses that the magi are given access to really are something, aren't they? There's almost no limit to what they can do! Why don't you create the house of your dreams, or maybe recreate and relive your favorite childhood scenes? Invite some spectators over to marvel! A Corrupted Soul Gem: You neglected to take care of your soul gem, and now you don't feel quite yourself anymore. Is it a useful one, or is it not so useful? Maybe you've mastered it beautifully, and now you're showing off to all of your friends. Maybe you're having a hard time keeping it under wraps, and now you're wreaking havoc across the town without meaning to! A Dreadful Nightmare: You had an absolutely horrid day. As you drift off to sleep, your mind dwells on all the injustices you've had to endure. In response, your bed swallows you up, and your room shifts into a horrific Nightmarescape. What sort of Nightmare are you? What kind of Nightmarescape do you create? Hopefully your fellow magi can stop you before you cause too much damage! [Perry looks at Rosalina to acknowledge that she's there, but unfortunately doesn't have much more of a reaction besides that.

However, his gem is being held loosely in his hands that it's not hard to see that it's cracked.]

[Well, she guesses he doesn't speak, but she gasps at the sight of his gem.]

Oh no! Here, let me see if I can fix it.

[Perry manages to look surprised, before hanging her the gem. But judging by the look on his face it seems less like he's expecting her to fix it and more like he's just expecting her to take it and run and that he's just given up.]

[Taking him gem, she stares at it with a frown, but concentrated look. With her wish, she has healing abilities, but she's never tried it on a gem before. Besides that, she thinks she has...]

Hm... [Reaching up to her ribbon, she has something that should take up enough that the crack should fix. Even as she takes a few pieces out and places them against his gem, she wonders if she could take some into her own gem and help him.] Let's try this.

[Amazingly it seems to start to work as Perry's gem starts to heal.

Meanwhile Perry still looks completely miserable but he seems to have stopped crying as he wipes the tears off of his face. A very tiny bit of him even felt embarrassed that he caused such a big scene in public.]

[She's so glad this is working. She'll have to give these to Kyuubey later.]

It'll be okay!

[Perry nods, but as the gem heals his expression changes more and more to a look of embarrassment. When it's finally healed he gives her an apologetic smile. It's pretty obvious to tell that he seems sorry that he put her through this for a stupid reason.]

[With his gem all better, she holds it out to him while hiding the little grief pieces away again.]

You're welcome, and it's okay. Did you forget to clean your gem after a few fights?

[Perry takes the gem and gives a little sheepish look as he avoids eye contact with Rosalia. He's just been very busy lately, okay?]

Hey, it's happens. Kind of why I hold onto a few of these things in case.

[Well that piques Perry's interest now that he's better now. He moves closer to get a better look at the ribbon, trying to figure out it it's mechanical or magical.]

[Nothing mechanical. She just keeps it bundled up tight to hold onto extra seeds.]

I should give these ones to Kyubey now. We don't want more Nightmares appearing.
