Questions & TL;DR Meme

1. Post a list of your characters.
2. Ask other people questions. Whatever comes into your head! Headcanon, things you don't know about their actual canon, CR related things, future plot plans - anything is game.
3. Maybe possibly receive tl;dr type answers.
4. ???
5. Profit.

This place sucks, he feels like he was super shafted (why the hell is Gary Smith here?), and the whole debacle wherein two girls were kidnapped and turned into ugly monstrosities was horrific, but he's hanging in there because he's a trooper and he knows to look after #1. Fighting Nightmares to keep his gem clean isn't a super big deal for him, and he likes to think he does a pretty good job of it. He's not going to be going Nightmare anytime soon. The town itself is pretty nice compared to Bullworth; he's seen the tenements and the rougher parts of Bullworth, and nothing we've got here has got shit on the tenements. The house that does anything he wants is a nice added bonus, too.
It's just, well... the people that he's having a hard time adjusting to, one could say. Everyone hates each other and we're all terrible, and sure, he got used to some of that from being at Bullworth, but at Bullworth he could pound someone into the ground with his fists and they'd at least stop causing problems for a while. Here he has to worry about their mental states; what if beating someone up sends them over the edge and they go Nightmare because of it?
...Actually, he could probably just beat the Nightmare up too and maybe it'll even be good for them, no biggie, but what if that doesn't happen? What if they become, say, a Witch instead? It's an extra thing to have to think about, and it makes his dealings with these assholes that much less unfun. Diplomacy isn't his strong suit to begin with, but the one time he went the diplomatic route here, he was led to believe he'd gotten through to the other party, only to find that that wasn't the case when things immediately went to shit at the end of March. That unnerves him a little, especially when the consequences for someone screwing up are far greater here than they were at Bullworth. If these guys don't get their shit together, people could die. People have died. Jimmy was really dedicated to the idea of saving Miki, so he hasn't quite gotten over that yet.
Putting that aside, he just thinks everyone here is incredibly boring. There are no bike races, there's no carnival of any sort, what the hell is wrong with these people?
TL;DR: he's doing okay compared to the rest of these losers, but he's still stuck with these losers and he's not thrilled about it.
