It's unsettling to say the least, having so many questions only to be met with blank stares when she hopes for answers. At least they don't seem to be attacking her, they're friendly and showing her around, serious question evasion aside. It's enough that it helps Kairi relax about the situation, but the discomfort lingers in the back of her mind. Maybe there'll be someone she can talk to about everything that's going on, and then she won't have to worry so much.
She's at least hoping to see someone she knows, in any case, but that usually comes with the territory of worldhopping too, doesn't it? Show up in a strange place, but go make friends if hers aren't there. So with confidence, Kairi picks up the pace as she wanders around, though she glances around, looking for someone that might be in the same situation as her, or just someone a little more helpful. (Not that the townspeople weren't helpful in their own way, of course!)
Occasionally, she'll look at someone that passes for a few seconds longer, with a curious expression, and offer a small wave as if to get their attention. ]
