myapology: (until the day you call my name)

[Strange as it probably would sound to say, nervousness revealed a lot about a person. Yoshino wouldn't go as far as to call it an inherently trustworthy reaction in someone, but there was nonetheless a disarming quality to it. That was the reason she turned so often to nervousness herself; the reason she played the part of the small, trembling animal when she was trying to lull the other party into a false sense of security.

It's also because of that reason that Yoshino immediately feels a sense of unease from the situation she's found herself in. The girl she'd bumped into - the one talking to her now - was pleasant; the picture of calmness. For most, that would be reason to be put at ease. But for Yoshino's part, all she can think is the way there seemed to be no moment in which this person was even slightly taken aback.

It isn't proof of anything conclusive, of course. Not evidence that would ever be permissible on a court of law. But for Yoshino, it evoked the image of possibilities to her that gave her reason to be on-guard.

Well, it never did hurt to be careful when meeting a stranger.]

...Yes.

I had been so engrossed in following it that I entirely forgot my surroundings.
